Irrigation Design that Matters

Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend! We did and we are back, reenergised and focused on the garden. Over the last couple weeks we have been testing irrigation designs that will maximize watering efficiency while having it be as convenient as possible for each gardener. We started with three & four rows of drip line across each plot and we ended up giving each gardener 38 ft of drip line to lay out their own design depending on the plants in their 8′ x 12′ plots. The larger plots (24′ & 30′ x 14′) still have 100′ of drip line for gardeners to work with in each plot. Take a look at our designs:

Four rows was great, but moved around too much with different planting plans in each plot.
